Respect - Treating others as you would like to be treated. This will involve responding to others in alternative ways. The key to this is respecting yourself, who you are and putting into place those actions that allow you to be all that you can.
It will involve working to help and listen to anyone regardless of age, ethnicity, background, religious belief or ability.

Community - H2O Youth seeks to facilitate a New Testament Church community/Fellowship (Koinania) with the bonds of family and friendship. This will involve the building of strong friendships and loyalty, and looking out for each other. This will be outworked within the context of Youth DREAM Cells and full integration within the wider NCC Church Family.

Unconditional Love and Acceptance - H2O Youth aims to mirror God’s unconditional love and acceptance to all individuals who we encounter. For many, this is a foreign concept, but one which can be seen through the kindness and sincerity of the actions of all involved in H2O Youth Department.
